"I’ve taken my real-estate website about as far as I can on my own. Now I’d like a fresh set of eyes—and design skills—to make it feel smoother, look sharper, and actively capture new leads.

What I need
• Re-work the visual flow so each page feels coherent and guides visitors naturally toward the call-to-action.
• Polish the overall look and feel (layout, typography, colour harmony, spacing) without changing the site’s core content.
• Add a dedicated lead-capture form that collects name and contact details only, then routes enquiries to my email inbox (and, if practical, stores them in a simple database or CRM integration). I also need the form to be connected to Facebook paid ADs instead of their built in form because it is limited at what I can ask for when it comes to housing.

Scope & expectations
