"I need a fresh, modern logo that instantly tells clients YODO Realty is both a capable real-estate brokerage and a forward-thinking developer. The look has to be bold—confident enough to sit on construction signage yet refined enough for a business card or website header.

What I’m after
• A clean, memorable mark and matching word-mark that communicate trust and professionalism.
• Freedom on colour: surprise me with a palette that works in full colour and in single-colour applications.

Deliverables if your design wins
1. Vector files (AI or EPS) plus high-res PNG and PDF.
2. Stacked and horizontal variations, light and dark background versions.
3. A quick style guide listing typography and colour codes so we can roll the look into signage, print, and web.

Keep scalability, readability, and balance in mind. Show the logo mocked up on at least one real-world asset (yard sign, letterhead, or site hoarding) so I can see how it performs.
