"I’m launching CineStream, a web-based movie and TV streaming site inspired by the clean feel of EgyBest, and I need a developer who can take it from concept to fully responsive production. Core requirements are straightforward:

• Authentication must be classic email-and-password. A solid, secure user flow (registration, verification, reset) is essential; social logins can stay on the roadmap for later.
• The video player has to serve three selectable qualities—SD, HD, and 4K—so adaptive streaming or a similarly smooth switcher is expected.
• Users should be able to add titles to a personal Watchlist they can access from any device once logged in.

Everything needs to look sharp on desktop, tablet, and mobile, load quickly, and retain a minimalist interface that keeps the focus on the content thumbnails, search, and playback page.
