Project description:
"I’m putting together a small, long-term team and need a junior web developer who lives and works in the EU, Canada, or the US so we can keep our time-zone overlap smooth. The projects are classic web builds and feature updates rather than mobile apps, and you’ll be touching both the front-end and the back-end on a daily basis.
Day-to-day you’ll pick up well-defined tickets, push code to our Git repository, join short video stand-ups, and learn as you go while I provide code reviews and guidance. Because the stack is light and familiar, I only ask that you already feel comfortable with:
• HTML / CSS for clean, responsive layouts
• JavaScript for dynamic behaviours and API consumption
• PHP for server-side logic and templating
Everything else—framework choices, deployment flow, tooling—can be learned on the job.
This is an open-ended engagement: we’ll begin with a small paid task to be sure our workflow suits you, and if all goes well we’ll roll straight into a steady stream of sprints. If you’re looking for a mentor-style collaboration where you can grow quickly while shipping real features, send over a brief note about your location, weekly availability, and a link to any code examples you’re proud of."
