"I need a lean, working prototype of a food-delivery mobile app that proves the core concept: a customer should be able to browse available meals, place an order, and receive a confirmation in real time. At this stage I only want the essentials—no extras—so we can validate the idea quickly within my limited budget.

Here’s what I consider “essential”:
• Simple, clean user interface with a list of dishes and basic search/filter
• Cart and checkout flow that captures delivery details and preferred payment method (mock payment screen is fine for now)
• Order confirmation push notification or in-app alert
• Lightweight admin or web dashboard where I can add/edit menu items and see incoming orders

I’m open to the framework or language you’re most comfortable with as long as the code is well-structured and I can run it locally for testing. Android first is preferred, but a cross-platform approach is welcome if it keeps things efficient.

After this MVP is stable we may expand to real-time GPS tracking, integrated payment gateways, and ratings, so please keep future scalability in mind." (client-provided description)
