"I’m putting together a very lean MVP for an Android-only app that lets me run small Free Fire tournaments. At this stage I only need the core framework in place so I can start testing with my community.

Key functions I must see working:
• User registration and login with basic e-mail or phone authentication
• Admin-side screen where I manually review and approve player entries for each tournament
• Simple live match tracker that lets viewers see room ID, ongoing scores, and remaining squads in real time
• A rolling leaderboard showing player stats for the current event (kills, rank, points)

Please keep the build light—no elaborate UI is necessary beyond clear navigation and clean text layouts. The code should be well-commented so I can hand it to another developer later for upgrades.

Deliverables:
1. Android APK plus source code (Kotlin or Java—whichever you prefer)
2. Brief README explaining project setup, admin login, and how to add a new tournament manually
3. One short walkthrough video or screenshots proving the above features work on an Android device
