Project description:
"I need a single-page site built with clean HTML, PHP and CSS that automatically scrolls a catalogue of songs under a fixed header. I’ll supply the logo for the banner at the top as well as every track’s image, title, short description and its direct Spotify link. Two songs should appear per row and move upward in a smooth vertical scroll—no hover effects are required.

Structure
• Static header with the logo
• Scrolling song grid (2-up layout, infinite loop)
• Each card: artwork, title, brief copy, “Listen on Spotify” button that opens the link in a new tab
• Static footer containing my contact details

Implementation notes
• Please comment the markup, styles and any PHP helpers clearly so I can expand the list myself later.
• CSS should keep the design responsive so it looks good on mobile without altering the basic layout.
• Feel free to use lightweight vanilla JavaScript or a small library for the vertical scrolling if pure CSS can’t achieve the smoothness.

Deliverables
1. Fully working page (HTML, PHP, CSS, JS if used)
2. All assets organised in logical folders
3. A brief README pointing out where to change or add new songs
