"I need a small, end-to-end web proof-of-concept that demonstrates how to call the Gemini large-language-model API from both the browser and a lightweight server.
Because the scope is intentionally lean, the deliverable should include:

• A minimal front-end page that lets a user enter a prompt and view the streamed response.
• A simple back-end route that handles the Gemini request, keeps any keys secure, and returns the data to the UI.
• Clear setup notes in a short README so I can install dependencies, add my own API key, and run the project locally without hassle.

I selected “Full-stack development,” so you are free to choose the front-end and back-end stack you work fastest with—React, Vue, Angular, Node.js, Django, or Rails are all acceptable so long as the final code is clean, commented, and easy for me to extend later.
