"I’m a solo real-estate professional and I want my entire online funnel—from first click to signed contract—running on one tightly-integrated stack. Here’s what I need and how you’ll fit in:

Custom-coded website
• Build a fast, responsive site (stack is your call) that showcases property listings with advanced search filters.
• Connect it to Zoho CRM so every lead generated on the site lands instantly in the correct pipeline stage. I rely on Zoho’s Lead Management, Sales Automation and Email Marketing modules, plus my own Digital-Marketing and SEO dashboards, so all of those data points must flow in and out seamlessly.
• Add a clean, real-time dashboard that shows traffic, lead source and deal status at a glance.
• Integrate the WhatsApp Business API so visitors can start a chat, receive automated follow-ups and get document links without leaving the site.

Ongoing marketing management (monthly)
• Facebook Ads and Google Ads: full cycle—Ad Creation, Campaign Management and detailed Performance Reporting.
• Continuous SEO: technical fixes, on-page optimization and content suggestions that keep us climbing in organic rankings.
• You’ll own the analytics loop, using insights from both ad platforms and Zoho to tweak spend, creatives and keywords.

Acceptance criteria
1. Website is live, mobile-friendly and scores 90+ on PageSpeed.
2. All lead forms, chat widgets and WhatsApp triggers push data to the correct Zoho fields in real time.
3. A working dashboard shows site visits, ad spend, cost-per-lead and deal status.
4. First month of Facebook and Google ads run with weekly reports delivered.
5. Handover includes source code, API keys, basic training and documentation.
