"Hi Developers,

My previous post was Ai generated and didn't quiet hit the mark.

I must mentioned, I am ideally seeking someone from Australia, even better if they are W.A. based. Would be great to take this project on one on one.

I’m building an all-in-one community space that lets members share knowledge, discuss issues, and store useful resources. The core of the site will be a real-time news feed where users can post discussion threads (for example, to report or troubleshoot faults) and react to others’ posts. This includes a Upvote button for liked threads.

A dedicated Library area must allow members to upload documents—specifically PDFs and JPEG files. Subscribed users need a simple way to save any of these files to their personal collection for future reference. This collection must also be available to others to view at any given time.

Each member will have a profile they can edit at any time. The profile page has to support:
• a fully customizable profile picture
• a short bio or description section
• the ability to connect with other users so that relationships are visible across the platform

When someone first lands on the site they should see a welcoming page that immediately highlights active users or trending threads to encourage participation.

Please structure the build so that I can manage content easily going forward; a modern web framework (React, Vue, or similar) with a scalable back end would be ideal, but I’m open to your suggestions. Clean, responsive design and straightforward navigation are important. Let me know the tools you propose and a high-level timeline, and we can get started.

I wish for the site to be free to view to all users. However, if they wish to download content they must subscribe to our platform. If/ when the site generates traction it would be great to display ads.
