"I’m building a new website for our membership-based organization. The public side is simple: a clean, responsive space where anyone can browse news and updates for members.

Behind a secure login, directors need their own private portal. Inside this area I want:
• Document sharing and real-time collaboration so board files, policies, and minutes stay organized.
• A meeting scheduling calendar that lets us set dates, send reminders, and view upcoming sessions at a glance.
• Member invoicing tools with integrated payment options—Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer, and PayPal—so we can issue, track, and reconcile dues inside the same system.

A straightforward admin panel is essential so I can manage users, publish news posts, upload documents, and generate invoices without touching code. The finished site should be mobile-friendly, GDPR-compliant, and ready for future expansion (events module, more payment gateways, etc.).

Deliverables:
1. Fully functional, responsive website (public + private areas).
2. Director dashboard with the three features above.
3. Payment gateway configuration for the specified methods.
4. Basic training or documentation so I can maintain content myself.
