I already know the project sits squarely in Mobil tətbiq inkişafı and I am committed to the Android ecosystem only, so you can focus your expertise on Kotlin, Java or even Flutter/React Native if you can deliver a silky-smooth native experience on Android phones and tablets.

Here is what I need from you:

• Translate the high-level concept of a money-making app into a concrete, user-friendly product.
• Design a modern, engaging interface that keeps users coming back.
• Implement reliable revenue mechanisms (ad networks, referral bonuses, in-app tasks—whichever model you prove most viable).
• Build a small but solid backend to handle user accounts, payouts and basic analytics.
• Package, test and optimise the app for release on Google Play, then hand over the signed APK/AAB along with full source code and a brief walkthrough of the build process.
