"I need an MVP that tracks odds across multiple local sportsbooks and flags “good bet” or arbitrage situations whenever my preferred book’s line is lower for overs or higher for unders than competing books.

Scope for this first build is intentionally lean:

• Web dashboard plus paired iOS and Android apps that share one code-base.
• Real-time line updates pulled from the selected local sportsbooks.
• Simple user accounts so people can log in, choose their preferred book, and save alerts.
• Automated push / email notifications whenever qualifying opportunities appear.

A clean, responsive front-end and a lightweight back-end that can ingest the odds feeds, apply the comparison logic, and push alerts will be enough for now; future phases can layer in more books, markets, and analytics.
