Objective

Set up and integrate Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk with the company’s WordPress website ([login to view URL]
) to capture and manage leads and inquiries efficiently.
Apply Amerisen Trade Connect’s new logo and complete branding kit (color palette, letterhead, and design assets) across both Zoho platforms for professional consistency.

Provided Resources

Developer access to Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk.

Editor access to the WordPress website.

Branding kit (logo, letterhead, and colors) provided separately by Amerisen Trade Connect LLC.

Scope of Work & Deliverables
1️⃣ Zoho CRM Integration

Connect website forms (“Request a Quote,” “Contact Us”) to Zoho CRM.

Configure automatic Lead creation with fields: Name, Email, Phone, Country, Message.

Verify that new form submissions appear correctly in Zoho CRM.

Create a simple lead status flow (e.g., New → Contacted → Qualified).

2️⃣ Zoho Desk Integration

Create one department (e.g., Sales / Quotes).

Configure Zoho Desk to automatically generate tickets from website inquiries.

Customize notification and acknowledgement emails with company logo and contact details.

Ensure that tickets are correctly categorized and can be tracked within Desk.

3️⃣ Branding Implementation

Upload the new Amerisen Trade Connect logo, letterhead, and brand colors into Zoho CRM and Desk.

Customize email templates and system notifications using the provided branding kit.

Update company details (address, email, website, phone) in both platforms.

Verify consistent visual presentation across CRM and Desk interfaces.

4️⃣ Testing & Handover

Submit test forms from the website to confirm proper CRM lead creation and Desk ticket generation.

Provide a brief guide showing how leads and tickets are viewed and managed.

Confirm all integrations and branding changes are active and functional.

Phase 2 (Future Scope — Not Included Now)

Integration of Zoho Books and Zoho Invoice with CRM for quotes, invoices, and payments.

Advanced automations or workflow rules once CRM and Desk are fully operational.
