"I want a clean, modern-looking WordPress site that showcases our brokerage in exactly six sections:

• Home
• About Us
• Office Listings – populated automatically through a live DDF feed
• Agents
• Careers
• Contact Us

The DDF integration is the heart of the project; listings must pull in automatically and stay synced without manual effort. If you already work with tools such as Realtypress, Realtyna, Simply RETS or a custom REST approach, let me know your preferred route—I’m open as long as the feed remains reliable and the page speed stays high.

All six pages should carry one cohesive, contemporary design language, be fully responsive, and load fast on both mobile and desktop. I’ll supply logo files, brand colours, and any copy once the framework is in place.

When you hand it over I should be able to:

1. Add or edit agents, career posts, and static page content from the WordPress dashboard.
2. See new listings appear automatically via DDF without extra clicks.
3. Export or back up the entire site easily.

Please build on a stable theme or lightweight page builder, keep plugins lean, and harden security basics (SSL, CAPTCHA on the contact form, and daily backups).

Acceptance is complete when the site is live on my domain, the DDF feed is pulling in active data, and I have a brief walkthrough of the admin area.
