"I need a working AI-powered chatbot that helps drivers discover the best automotive tires for their specific vehicle and use case. The bot must live on both my website and a companion mobile app, delivering a smooth, text-based conversation.

Core flow
• Greet the user, then collect:
– Vehicle make and model
– Vehicle year
– Tire size (if known, or guide the user to find it)
– Driving habits (city, highway, off-road, performance, etc.)
– Any preferred tire brands
• Match those inputs against a ruleset or API feed of tire specifications I will provide (CSV/API).
• Present three tire options with three pros of the tires. It should be recommended in a best, better, good display.
• Log the conversation and selections to my CRM via REST webhook for follow-up.

Scope I expect
1. NLP engine setup (Dialogflow, Rasa, or your suggested framework) with intents/entities for the data fields above.
2. A lightweight React (or Flutter) front-end widget that can be embedded on the website and compiled into the mobile app.
3. Integration layer that fetches tire data and applies the qualification logic.
4. Simple admin panel or JSON file where I can tweak recommended models, pricing, and brand priorities.
5. Handover documentation plus a short video walkthrough so my team can maintain it.
