• I’m looking for a flag as a gift to hang at a family member’s home in Arkansas. What I’m looking for is a design that has the outline of the state of Arkansas, a dot for a specific city and its location, and a graphic of a wooden sign hanging from the dot of where the city is with a saying (what we call the home) on it
