"I’m looking for an experienced development team to build an MVP that helps construction and installation companies capture on-site data quickly and turn it into organized, visual reports.
The system should include a mobile app (Android first, iOS later) and a lightweight web dashboard where architects, suppliers, foremen, and clients can track progress in real time.

Core workflow
• Field users log in, select a project, floor, and unit, then record progress or quality checks (for kitchens, windows, railings, floors, countertops, etc.).
• They upload photos, short videos, or voice notes (to be transcribed to text automatically).
• Project managers view entries, flag issues, assign corrective actions, and export PDF reports.
• Owners or investors can have read-only access to follow project progress with evidence and dates.
