"I need a lean, working MVP that lets patients book and complete virtual consultations from their phones. The build should run smoothly on both iOS and Android.

Core scope
• Secure sign-up / login for doctors and patients
• In-app video consultation (use a proven SDK such as Twilio, Agora or WebRTC)
• Appointment scheduling with push reminders
• Simple prescription screen where a doctor can type or upload a PDF and the patient can view or download it
• Basic payment processing so patients can pay before joining a session (Stripe, Razorpay or equivalent)

I’m after clean, maintainable code and a modest, startup-friendly UI—nothing flashy, just intuitive and reliable. A short technical hand-off document, build instructions and source code repository access will complete the delivery.
