"Project Overview:
I am looking for a highly skilled developer to finalize, troubleshoot, and enhance my interactive, voice-guided lead generation assessment tool.
This tool was originally built on Lovable’s AI website builder and is about 90% complete, but we are facing several unresolved bugs, missing backend functionalities, and the need for an admin management dashboard.
The finished platform should not only fix existing issues but also allow us to easily create, edit, manage, and white-label assessments in the future without coding knowledge. Scope of Work / Tasks
1. Fix Audio Playback Bugs
• Ensure all updated .wav and .mp3 custom voice files are correctly played on all pages.
• Fix Pause and Stop functionality so audio playback can be controlled by the user.
• Ensure autoplay works consistently on the Welcome and Congratulations pages.
• Resolve audio looping issues and prevent native voice fallback when custom audio is available.
2. Improve Mobile Responsiveness & UI
• Fix layout issues so progress bar, audio controls, question text, and navigation buttons are all visible without scrolling on mobile devices.
• Ensure smooth mobile user experience across devices and browsers.
3. Fix Submission & Result Page Bugs
• Resolve the “Loading Your Results” issue after contact form submission so users are taken directly to the Congratulations/Results page.
• Ensure results page timing is optimized — congratulations audio should start immediately after the celebration music finishes.
4. Admin Dashboard Development
• Create a secure backend admin dashboard where authorized users can:
o Add, edit, and delete assessments.
o Upload and manage audio files for each assessment.
o Customize colors, fonts, and branding for each assessment.
o Add images and visual assets per assessment.
o Manage text, instructions, and welcome/congratulations messages.
o Toggle features and settings without developer involvement.
5. White-Label Capability
• Implement functionality so the platform can be white-labeled and sold to other business owners.
• Admin dashboard should allow branding changes (logos, colors, URLs) for each client instance.
6. Backend & Lead Capture Setup
• Set up backend to securely store and manage lead data collected from the assessments.
• Ensure export and integration capabilities (CSV export, API access, or integrations with CRM/email marketing tools).
• Implement session management and timeout handling to prevent errors after inactivity.
7. Testing & Optimization
• Full browser compatibility testing (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox) + mobile testing (iOS, Android).
• Verify no file caching issues.
• Optimize for performance and fast load times.
