"I need a developer who can take the lead on building a native Android application and its companion website from the ground up. On the mobile side, the app must include secure user authentication, handle in-app purchases smoothly, and deliver timely push notifications. A clean, modern UI that meets current Material Design guidelines is essential.

For the web component, I want a responsive site that mirrors the app’s core functions—user account management, purchase history, and basic content pages—while providing an admin dashboard where I can manage users, push messages, and track purchase data.
