"I’m ready to launch a small, location-based website that advertises two kinds of offerings: standard home cleaning and a premium line of topless cleaning & haircuts intended for adults only. I need a developer/designer who can create a clean, modern site that balances the mainstream service with the adult-oriented content in a tasteful, compliant way.

Core requirements
• Build a responsive, SEO-friendly site (WordPress, Webflow, or comparable CMS) with clear navigation.
• Include an age-verification gate before any adult material is shown.
• Offer both booking paths: a full online scheduling/checkout flow (Stripe preferred) and a simple “call or message us” option for clients who prefer direct contact.
• Provide an admin panel where I can add, edit, or retire individual services and set availability.
• Design flexible page structure so I can later split services into separate sections or keep them on one combined page without extensive re-coding.
• Integrate a gallery area for service photos/video teasers while ensuring content filters for under-18 visitors.
• Supply visual mock-ups first, then build the functional site, finishing with basic on-page SEO and performance optimisation.

What I’ll consider a finished job
1. Approved desktop & mobile mock-ups.
2. Live site deployed on my hosting with SSL, cookie notice, and privacy / T&C pages.
3. Tested booking flow (calendar, payments, confirmation emails) and working contact forms.
4. Written hand-off guide so I can manage content and future tweaks.
