"I’m expanding our new software agency and need a seasoned mobile engineer to shore up the mobile side. Most of our ongoing work targets both iOS and Android, so you’ll own everything from architecture decisions to final submission on the App Store and Google Play.

Here’s what success looks like for the first few weeks:
• Review an existing React Native codebase, fix critical bugs, and deliver a clean build.
• Propose a lightweight architecture blueprint that keeps shared logic in React Native while allowing room for native Swift/Kotlin modules when performance demands it.
• Communicate daily in clear English and document key decisions for the rest of the team.

I value:
• 6+ years of professional mobile experience.
• Proven debugging chops and the ability to trace issues via Xcode, Android Studio, Flipper, or similar tools.
• Judicious use of AI tools for code generation, testing, and refactoring (no blind copy-pasting).
