"I’m launching a telehealth medical clinic focused on general consultations and I need a reliable platform built from the ground up. The core requirements are:

• Secure, high-quality video conferencing that meets HIPAA/privacy standards
• Integrated appointment-scheduling workflow with email/SMS reminders
• Responsive interfaces that work smoothly on desktops, tablets, and smartphones

Scope of work
1. Plan the architecture, choosing stable open-source or licensed components for video (e.g., WebRTC, Twilio, or Vonage) and calendar management.
2. Design clean, intuitive screens for patients and clinicians, including a branded landing page, login/registration, waiting room, consultation room, and admin dashboard.
3. Develop the functional MVP, connect the video and scheduling modules, and implement basic user roles (patient, clinician, admin).
4. Apply essential security measures—encrypted data in transit and at rest, strong authentication, audit trails.
5. Provide deployment instructions (Docker or similar), short user guide, and handover of source code in Git.

Tech stack is flexible; I’m accustomed to React, Node.js, and Firebase but will consider alternatives if they improve performance or cost.
