"I’m looking for a single-team solution to launch a web-based crash-style casino built around the Aviator (and similar “getting/crash”) game mechanic. The scope covers everything from registering the domain to handing me a fully deployed, revenue-ready site.

Core build
• Front-end: fast, responsive web interface that plays smoothly on desktop and mobile browsers, complete with real-time crash animation, live bet feed, chat, and provably fair logic.
• Back-end: secure game server, scalable lobby, user account system, KYC hooks, risk-management tools, real-time odds, and adjustable RTP controls.
• Admin panel: dashboard for game parameters, player analytics, bonus/airdrop tools, and multilingual content management.
• Payments: integrate UPI and the Chinese payment gateway you are most comfortable with for instant deposits, withdrawals, and automated reconciliation.
• Languages: full English and Hindi translation support, including switcher and SEO-ready URLs.
• Security & fairness: SSL, DDoS protection, encryption of sensitive data, RNG or provably fair algorithm with public seed verification, and audit logs.
• Hosting & deployment: set up VPS or dedicated server, configure CDN if needed, connect domain, and push code through CI/CD so future updates are simple.
• Compliance basics: age gate, responsible-gaming links, and country blocking toggle.

Deliverables
1. Source code (front-end, back-end, smart contract or RNG module).
2. Live site on my domain with admin credentials.
3. Payment gateway keys configured and test transactions captured on video.
4. Documentation: installation guide, API references for future games, and SOP for daily operations.

Acceptance criteria
• Game round latency <1 s on a 4G mobile network.
• 100 concurrent players without lag on the starter server.
• Deposit and withdrawal both clear in under 60 s during demo.
• Translated screens render with no layout breaks.
