"I need a simple, working proof-of-concept that lets both drivers and teachers manage daily drop-off and pick-up in a snap.

Core flow
• Each student already has a unique QR code ID.
• On arrival or departure, the driver or teacher scans the code from their phone.
• The app instantly records the action—Delivered or Picked Up—and pushes the log to a SharePoint list for easy reporting.

Scope at this stage
1. Two lightweight mobile builds—one for iOS, one for Android (React Native, Flutter or similar cross-platform tech is fine).
2. Dual sign-in: standard username/password or direct QR scan to enter the app.
3. A clean, no-frills screen that shows student name, time stamp and current status after each scan.
4. Automatic sync with an existing SharePoint Online site; no manual exporting.
