"I’m launching an equipment-rental service that focuses solely on equipment for events. I have inventory and pricing ready; what I’m missing is a polished online platform that makes it effortless for customers to browse options, check availability, reserve, and pay.

Scope of work (medium detail):
• Design and build a responsive website (WordPress, Shopify, or a comparable CMS—use whichever lets us move quickly while keeping future upgrades simple).
• Create a clean catalog page for each tent or canopy size, with image gallery, specs, and real-time pricing.
• Integrate an availability calendar and booking/quote module that feeds into a lightweight inventory tracker so double-bookings never happen.
• Set up secure checkout with common payment gateways plus an optional “pay on event day” flag.
• Auto-generate a PDF rental contract for every confirmed booking, ready for e-signature.
• Configure basic SEO, Google Analytics, and a contact/live-chat widget so customers can reach me instantly.

I’ll supply all product photos, copy, and pricing tables. You’ll handle layout, theme tweaks, plugin selection, and the backend logic that ties availability, payments, and contracts together. A short hand-over session and concise documentation on how to add new inventory will wrap up the project.
