"We are looking for an experienced freelance bidder or business development executive who can help us bring in new projects from platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and others. You’ll be responsible for identifying leads, bidding on relevant projects, and closing deals.

We are a full-stack development team working in:
Web Development (PHP, Laravel, React, Node.js, etc.)
Mobile Apps (Android, iOS, Flutter, React Native)
DevOps & Cloud Services
Digital Marketing & SEO

Your Role:
Find and bid on relevant projects on freelance platforms.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs.
Close deals and hand over project details to our technical team.

Compensation:
100% commission-based — you’ll earn a fixed percentage for every project you bring and close successfully.

Requirements:
Prior experience in freelance bidding or IT sales.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with project scoping and proposal writing.
