"I own Saw Travel Agency and I want a single, purpose-built system that lets my staff record customer profiles, track every booking, and handle all financial transactions without relying on off-the-shelf tools like QuickBooks or Xero. In other words, we are starting from zero: database design, the accounting logic, the user interface, and the reports all need to be created from scratch and tied together seamlessly.

Day to day the team must be able to:
• enter or update customer information once and have it instantly available when a reservation is made;
• log bookings with dates, destinations, suppliers, and pricing;
• post payments, refunds, commissions, and operating expenses so that the accounting module automatically produces up-to-date ledgers, profit-and-loss statements, and basic balance-sheet views.

I am open to your recommended tech stack—SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or even a low-overhead cloud alternative—as long as it is future-proof and easy for non-technical staff to use through a clean web interface.

Deliverables I expect before final hand-over:
1. An ER diagram and brief data dictionary that explain every table and relationship.
2. A working web app (or desktop app if you feel it is a better fit) where the three core data areas—customers, bookings, and transactions—can be created, read, updated, and reported on.
3. Basic but clear user documentation and a quick video walkthrough so my team can learn the workflow in under an hour.
4. Source code, database schema, and install instructions.
