"I need a clean, fully-featured admin panel that plugs straight into my existing Android APK. The panel’s core job is twofold: manage every user who signs in and give me full control over the in-app content.

User management must cover the whole lifecycle. I want to create new users manually or in bulk, assign granular roles and permissions, enforce secure log-in (token-based or JWT preferred), and keep a real-time eye on activity logs so I can trace who did what and when.

On the content side, the panel should let me upload, edit, publish, and archive text, images, or any media the app displays. A WYSIWYG editor or Markdown support would be ideal, so I’m not locked into hard-coded updates each time I tweak copy or artwork.

I’m happy for you to build in Laravel, Node.js, Django, or another mainstream framework—whichever you can secure quickly and document clearly. The database is still open; MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Firebase will work as long as it scales and pairs smoothly with the Android client through REST or GraphQL.
