"I have an existing React application that lists users in a table. I now need an extra feature: when I select one or more users and click “Send Email,” a modal popup should appear that previews the email we’re about to send.

Here’s what the popup must do:
• Pull the user’s name and email address directly from our database.
• Display a pre-formatted email template that also includes a custom message field I can edit before sending.
• Attach an Excel file to the outgoing email(This file will implicitly fetched from application from existing functionality )

On send, the solution should call our backend (Node/Express is already in place) and dispatch the email—Nodemailer, SendGrid, or a similar service is fine, so long as it’s reliable and easy for me to re-configure later.

Deliverables I expect:
1. A reusable React modal component with clean code and clear state management.
2. Integration with the existing user-selection logic so the correct records populate the template automatically.
3. Backend endpoint or service update that handles the Excel attachment and actually fires the email.
4. Brief setup notes so I can repeat the process in staging and production.
