"I’m looking for a driven UK-based Business Development Manager who can consistently open doors for me and secure qualified meetings directly on my calendar. On a day-to-day basis you’ll be prospecting across the country, focusing your efforts on small businesses and larger corporations alike, and using a mix of cold calls, personalised email outreach and concise virtual presentations to spark interest.

Success in this role is straightforward: identify decision-makers, earn their attention, and book a steady flow of discovery calls that I will personally host. To keep everything transparent, you’ll log every touchpoint in our CRM and send a brief weekly summary so we can fine-tune messaging together.

I offer a remote contract paid monthly at £5,500 GBP, topped up with performance incentives for exceeding meeting targets. You’ll work standard UK business hours, choose your own workspace, and report directly to me for quick feedback loops.

You’ll fit in well if you:
• Live in the UK and speak English natively or fluently
• Have confident phone, email and presentation skills (experienced pros, ambitious graduates and interns all welcome)
• Enjoy the hunt for new business and can demonstrate persistence, professionalism and impeccable follow-through

Deliverables
1. A minimum agreed number of qualified meetings per month, booked in my calendar.
2. Complete and accurate lead records in the CRM, updated in real time.
