"I need modern, responsive websites built for more than one company that I own. Each site should share a consistent design language while still reflecting the individual brand of each company. Clean layouts, fast loading times, and mobile-first design are mandatory.

I will supply text, logos, and basic brand colours; everything else—from wireframes to deployment—needs to come from you. A user-friendly CMS such as WordPress, Webflow, or a comparable platform is preferred so my in-house team can update copy and images later without coding.

Deliverables
• Full-fidelity mock-ups for every page
• Development of the live sites on my hosting account
• Basic on-page SEO (titles, meta descriptions, alt tags)
• Tested contact form with spam protection
• Handover of all source files and admin credentials

Acceptance criteria
