"I need a small desktop-based or web-based application that lets my technicians key in results from routine blood and urine investigations and instantly produces a printable, professionally formatted report on our lab letterhead. The workflow is straightforward: choose the patient, enter the values manually, hit “generate,” and obtain a PDF ready for print or email within seconds.

Each report must capture the patient’s demographic details, the full panel of test results, and the name of the doctor who referred the case. Layout matters to us: clear tables, standard reference ranges, automatic flagging of out-of-range values, space for a digital signature, and a footer with our NABL accreditation number.

Right now we only need blood and urine test templates, but I would like the architecture to be template-driven so that biopsy or other report types can be added later without rewriting code.
