"I need a complete mobile application that runs smoothly on both Android and iOS. The goal is to let my customers track their shipment orders from dispatch through delivery, place new orders, add packages, pay securely, and stay informed at every step.

Core features I must see
• Real-time package tracking with status updates and location maps
• Secure payment processing for each order (major cards, wallets, or any ready-made gateway you recommend)
• Push notifications and in-app alerts for milestones such as pickup, in transit, out for delivery, and delivered
• Simple “Place Order” flow that captures sender, receiver, weight, dimensions, and service level
• “Add Package” option to group multiple parcels under one shipment
• Phone number verification as the sole login/registration method

Scope & expectations
I’m looking for a functional prototype that includes wireframes, a clean UI, and fully working screens for every feature listed above. Code should be well-structured, documented, and ready for future enhancements. Feel free to build natively or with a reliable cross-platform framework (Flutter, React Native, etc.)—whichever delivers stable performance on both stores.
