"The Android app is already built, fully tested against Google Play guidelines, and I have every asset ready to go—from the AAB/APK and keystore to screenshots, feature graphic, and full store-listing text. What I need now is a freelancer with an active or newly created Google Play Developer account to take it across the finish line and get it live in the Play Store.

Here is how I’d like the process to unfold:

• You create (or use) a Google Play Developer account, pay the one-time US$25 registration fee up front, and handle the entire submission flow: console setup, policy declarations, content rating questionnaire, pricing, country rollout, and initial review.
• Once the app is approved and publicly visible, you transfer primary access to me (or add me as the account owner, depending on Google’s latest policy).
• I release two milestones immediately after successful publication: US$10 for your service and a full reimbursement of the US$25 registration fee.

Everything you need for the listing (icon, screenshots, privacy-policy URL, long and short descriptions, etc.) is packaged and ready to upload. Because the build is complete, no code work or asset creation is required—just precise console work and compliance.
