Scope of work
• Doctor availability – searchable profiles with ratings, real-time slot updates, in-app booking, and automatic appointment reminders. Patients will visit the clinic in person once the slot is confirmed.
• Medical store integration – partnered pharmacies can accept orders and confirm delivery directly in the app.
• Path lab integration – patients can schedule tests, pay, and view digital reports.
• Multi-tenant login – separate dashboards for patients and authorised partners (doctors, pharmacies, labs). Authentication must support both email + password and phone-number OTP.
• Design – modern, minimalist, and highly usable UI.

Core deliverables
1. Production-ready Android & iOS builds (React Native, Flutter, or another solid cross-platform stack) with full source code.
2. Secure backend/API to handle users, bookings, inventory, and notifications.
