Project Description:

I’m looking for an experienced backend developer to assist with the configuration of email delivery and related system settings for my Artifism-based SaaS platform, hosted on a Hetzner VPS with HestiaCP.

The platform is already running (frontend and backend both functional), but the automated email system (registration emails, password reset, support tickets, etc.) still needs to be properly configured and tested.

I expect a stable and professional setup — no trial and error.
Only experienced developers familiar with Laravel / Artifism architecture and SaaS backend email pipelines should apply.

Requirements:

Proven experience with Artifism or Laravel-based SaaS systems

Strong knowledge of email delivery setup (SMTP, queues, mail drivers, environment configuration)

Experience with HestiaCP server management (domain, DNS, SSL, PHP-FPM, mail services)

Ability to troubleshoot Laravel mail queue and .env configuration

Fluent English communication (verbal + written)

Available for a live Zoom or screen-sharing session (approx. 2 hours total)

Scope of Work:

Fix and verify outgoing email delivery (welcome emails, support tickets, password resets)

Configure .env file and mail drivers properly (Gmail / Brevo / other provider)

Review and optimize server-related configurations (PHP-FPM, permissions, queues)

Ensure mail system works reliably with no manual intervention

Work Format:

Remote session via Zoom, Google Meet, or similar

Estimated duration: 2-3 hours

You’ll work live on the server (SSH and HestiaCP access provided)

Communication in English during the session

Ideal Candidate:

You have already deployed and configured SaaS or multi-tenant systems using Artifism or similar Laravel frameworks, understand SMTP and mail queue systems, and can confidently stabilize production-ready backends.
