"I’m building “SALONE WEB,” a modern, Classifieds marketplace that connects people across Sierra Leone. The core release will include:

• Responsive website covering key cities (Freetown, Bo, Makeni, Pujehun, Kenema) with a region selector.
• Three user roles—Admin, Consumer, Service Provider—each with its own dashboard.
• Secure account creation protected by both email and SMS verification.
• Essential classifieds features: post ads, browse categories and sub-categories (Jobs, Services, For Sale, How To Do, Education, Events, Shops, For Rent, Cars, Airline Tickets, Pets, Vehicle Repairs, etc.).
• Built-in chat so Consumers can message Service Providers directly.
• Discussion forum space for advice and community interaction.
• Social-share buttons to boost reach.
• Companion mobile apps for both iOS and Android that mirror website functions and sync user data.

I need the full stack: database, API, web front-end, and cross-platform mobile apps (React Native or Flutter preferred, but I’ll consider other efficient frameworks). Clean, well-commented code and a short hand-over guide are required so I can manage future updates.
