"I’m enhancing our existing Ionic / Angular self-service app for a mobile network and need a voice-driven module dedicated to billing inquiries. The goal is for users to tap a mic icon, ask anything about their balance, last payments, or plan details, and receive an instant spoken response in natural-sounding English.

Here’s what I’m expecting:

• A plug-and-play voice component that drops straight into an Ionic 6 + Angular 16 code-base
• Speech-to-text, NLU, and text-to-speech wired to our REST billing APIs (Swagger docs will be supplied)
• Conversation flows that recognise at least the top 20 billing intents (balance, due date, roaming charges, add-on purchase, etc.)
• Clear developer notes so our in-house team can extend intents later
• A simple stub for fall-back escalation (e.g., “Let me connect you to chat support”)

Acceptance is based on the module compiling cleanly, responding accurately to a provided test script, and maintaining <1 sec round-trip latency on a mid-range Android device.
