"I already have a partially built React Native project and a hard 3-day deadline to get it ready for both iOS and Android stores. The UI is largely there; what’s missing is rock-solid user authentication and fully functional push notifications.

Here’s the current state:
• Code lives in a private GitHub repo (React Native 0.72, TypeScript).
• Screens are styled but not yet wired to backend endpoints.
• Firebase is provisioned; keys will be shared on kickoff.

Your task is to jump in immediately, implement secure email/password auth (Firebase Auth), set up cross-platform push notifications (FCM + APNs), connect the remaining API calls, and run the project through final device testing. I’ll handle design feedback in real time so you can focus on code.

Deliverables I need in hand at the 72-hour mark:
1. Updated repository with clean, commented code.
2. Working auth flow (sign-up, login, logout, token refresh).
3. Push notifications received on both iOS TestFlight and a production Android build.
4. Signed builds or clear instructions for App Store / Play Console submission.
5. Brief README outlining environment setup and any config steps.
