"I need an online tool that lets a small, pre-approved group log in with a simple username and password, upload an Excel report, and have the system immediately convert it to PDF and email that PDF to a single, fixed recipient.

Core requirements
• Hosted on a public URL but gated so only whitelisted users with their username / password can get in.
• Clean upload page that accepts a standard Excel file, triggers a server-side conversion to PDF, then automatically emails the finished PDF to the designated address.
• Minimal interface—just log in, upload, confirmation message.
• Basic admin panel or config file where I can:
– Add or disable user accounts.
– Change the destination email if needed.

Deliverables
1. Source code for the web app.
2. Deployment guide for a low-cost cloud host (Heroku, DigitalOcean, or similar).
3. Brief README outlining dependencies and how to add new users.
