"I’m looking for one full-stack developer to ship an MVP that runs on the web plus iOS and Android. The first release must cover:

• Two core modules: Job listings with applications and Mentorship matching based on skills
• User accounts with Profile creation and editing, User activity logs and Notification settings
• Secure payments—many payments including PayPal, UPI, NEFT, RTGS and Razorpay
• A lightweight admin panel that lets non-technical staff manage users and view basic reports

Tech preference is React or Flutter on the front end with Node.js and Firebase (or a comparable BaaS) for the back end, but I’m open to similar stacks if you can move faster.

Your role covers the essentials: set up the database, wire in the payment layer, handle hosting, and deliver ready-to-publish builds for the Play Store, App Store, and a responsive web domain. This is a basic launch package; deep analytics, complex dashboards, and extra polish can follow in later phases.

Timeline: 2–3 months with weekly progress check-ins and a brief hand-off session at completion.
