"I’m looking to have a custom real-estate CRM built that lets me enter a property once and then automatically pushes the full listing (photos, description, price, location, features) to the portals I actually use: idealista, fotocasa, and aoi inmobiliaria.

Core requirements
• Central dashboard to create, edit, and archive listings.
• One-click or scheduled syndication to the three portals via their official APIs, XML feeds, or any reliable workaround you recommend.
• Status tracking so I can see whether each portal accepted the listing, flagged an error, or needs manual action.
• Secure login with user roles (admin vs. agents) and basic reporting on views, leads, and publication dates.

What I expect as deliverables
1. Functional web application (stand-alone or built on a popular framework such as Laravel, Django, or Node) that runs on a typical LAMP or equivalent stack.
2. Clean, well-commented code plus a brief setup guide so I can deploy it on my VPS.
3. A short video or live demo call walking me through how to create a listing and verify it on the three portals.
4. Documentation covering API keys, rate limits, and how to add future portals if needed.
