"Part-Time PM Coordinator / Vendor Oversight (6 hours/week)

Summary: We require a highly reliable, part-time coordinator to provide oversight of a software development partner executing a low-cash, equity-based contract. This role is focused on verifying delivery against the contract and escalating risks, acting as the CEO's proxy.

Project Overview: The platform is a high-governance, AI-supported UK specialty prescribing platform (SaaS). It unifies clinic, patient, and pharmacy workflows under an immutable audit and compliance fabric.

Required Commitment: 6 hours per week. Mandatory Availability: Daily 15-minute stand-ups and the 1-hour weekly demonstration call.

Core Duties (5 days/week):

Visibility & Meetings: Attend all required vendor calls, ensuring alignment and capturing all decisions for the central Decision Log.

Jira Oversight: Audit the development partner's tracking tool (Jira/Equivalent) daily (Mon-Fri) to ensure progress, check sprint completion, and verify tickets adhere to Acceptance Criteria (AC) and Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs).

Delivery Verification: Track and verify all milestone evidence (e.g., CI reports, UAT sign-offs) is captured and linked correctly, ensuring working features are demonstrated.

Escalation: Compile a single, concise weekly report of progress and any critical scope or compliance risks for the CEO's review.

Key Requirements:

Highly organised administrator with strong attention to detail.

Mandatory experience using Jira or similar project tracking software.

Excellent written and spoken English.
