"My WordPress site is taking an unacceptably long 15–25 seconds to load and the admin area I rely on for maintaining projects, services, and career posts sometimes refuses to respond at all. I need these issues eliminated, not masked, so the site feels fast on every visit and the dashboard works every time.

You’ll start with a deep performance audit—server configuration, database calls, theme code, plugins, caching layers, queries—using the profiling tools you prefer (Query Monitor, New Relic, WP-CLI, etc.). Once you’ve pinpointed the bottlenecks, implement fixes, retest, and continue iterating until both the public pages and the backend consistently open in a few seconds or less.

Deliverables
1. Brief report explaining root causes and actions taken.
2. Optimised site loading under ~3 s on both frontend and backend.
3. Clear documentation of all changes for future maintenance.

I’ll give you staging and production access once we agree on timing. All work must be completed without data loss or downtime. If your expertise includes server-level tuning (PHP, MySQL, NGINX/LiteSpeed, object cache, CDN) that’s a plus." (client-provided description)
