Take a complete backup of the existing Drupal website.
Set up a new WordPress installation on the same domain.

The process will be done live over Google Meet, where I’ll share my screen, and you’ll guide me step-by-step through the process. I’ll perform the actions myself based on your instructions.

Here’s how we’ll work: I’ll share my screen in a Google Meet session, you’ll walk me through each step, and I’ll execute the commands myself. The whole session should take about an hour, so I need someone who can jump on a call immediately.


Environment & context

• Drupal is running on an EC2 instance behind an AWS stack I already manage.
• I’m unsure whether any recent backups exist, so we’ll assume we’re starting from scratch.
• WordPress theme selection can wait; for now we only need a clean installation that loads on the domain without affecting existing mail or DNS records.



You should feel comfortable with:

• Drupal backup workflows (specifically Backup and Migrate)
• WordPress installation and basic hardening on AWS (CLI or console)
• Explaining each step clearly while I follow along live



Deliverable by the end of the call:
- Verified Drupal backup stored safely in S3 or a local download
