"I’m building a single, “do-it-all” mobile platform that blends ride-sharing, food delivery, and parcel drop-off into one seamless experience. To make this work I need someone who has previously shipped apps with live-location tracking and dynamic routing (think Uber, Ola, Swiggy, DoorDash), can wire in a secure payment gateway, and is comfortable implementing reliable OTP verification for sign-up, log-in, and order confirmation flows.

Core scope
• Map integration: real-time driver or courier tracking, ETA calculation, and route optimisation. Google Maps SDK or Mapbox experience is ideal.
• Payment gateway: card vaulting, split payouts to drivers/partners, and refund handling. Familiarity with Stripe, Razorpay, or similar is a plus.
• OTP verification: phone-number first onboarding with fallback to email, using services such as Firebase Auth or Twilio.

User roles
• Customer – place and track orders, manage payments.
• Service provider – accept gigs, navigate, receive payouts.
• Administrator – oversee users, pricing, disputes, and analytics from a web console or an in-app admin panel.

Deliverables
1. Full source code for iOS and Android (Flutter or React Native preferred, but I’m open if you have a strong native stack ready).
2. Admin dashboard (web or in-app) with CRUD for users, orders, pricing, and payout reports.
3. API documentation and environment setup guide so my team can run and extend the project.
4. A test build demonstrating end-to-end flow: registration with OTP, map-based order creation, real-time tracking, and payment completion.
