"## Project: Elementor → n8n → Google Docs → WhatsApp approval → Addo Sign

**Goal**
Build a booking-to-contract pipeline where:

* A **custom Elementor Pro form** collects customer/order details (with conditional fields and “More info” popups with images for add-ons).
* The form data goes to **n8n**.
* I receive a **WhatsApp approval** that lets me edit **quantities and prices** before sending.
* n8n combines **form data + my WhatsApp/admin inputs** into a final contract, exports **PDF**, pushes it to **Addo Sign (Visma Addo)**, and the customer gets it for e-signature.
* Status events are tracked back in n8n and logged.

### What you will build

1. **Elementor Pro form (WordPress)**

* Conditional show/hide (Private vs Business, cleaning acceptance, alternate delivery address).
* “More info” expanders/tooltips/modals on add-ons with text + images.
* Sends JSON to an n8n webhook.

2. **n8n workflow**

* Receive form data → pick the correct **Google Docs contract template** (Private or Business).
* Create a **draft contract** in Google Docs.
* Send me a **WhatsApp message** with summary and an **admin approval step** that lets me set/edit:

* headset count, channels, add-on counts,
* unit prices for each line,
* cleaning fee, delivery fee, discount (% or NOK), VAT logic (Privat vs Firma).
* Combine the **customer form data** and **my admin inputs** into the final contract.
* Export **PDF**, create an **Addo Sign** signing request, attach PDF, add recipient, **send for signature**.
* Receive **Addo status webhooks** (delivered/viewed/signed/declined/expired), update a log (Drive/Sheet), and ping me on WhatsApp.

3. **Handover**

* n8n **.json export** of the flow.
* Two **Google Docs templates** (Private/Business).
* Short **README**: env vars/keys, where to paste IDs, how to rotate the WhatsApp token.
