"Looking to create a digital wellbeing platform that helps employees prevent burnout and maintain focus through AI-driven micro-breaks intelligently suggested during the workday.
We’re developing a product that sits at the intersection of AI, behavioral science, and productivity, and we’re looking for a skilled AI/ML or full-stack engineer to help us build the first complete version of MindFuel — including the AI recommendation system, browser extension, and web app dashboard.

1. AI & Recommendation Engine

Build or integrate an AI system that detects work patterns (continuous focus, inactivity, typing bursts).

Recommend the right micro-break (breathing, stretching, reflection) using a rule-based + LLM hybrid approach.

Personalize recommendations based on usage history and feedback.

Optional: adaptive learning to improve recommendations over time.

Integrate OpenAI API / Anthropic / local LLM with LangChain or LlamaIndex for context management.

Store user embeddings or preferences via Pinecone, Weaviate, or Supabase.

2. Browser Extension

Monitor user activity (tab focus, typing, idle time) and trigger smart break notifications.

Minimalist popup with options to take, skip, or snooze a break.

Sync with the AI backend for personalized timing and suggestions.

Tech: Chrome Manifest V3 (JS/TypeScript, React preferred), API connection to backend.

3. Web App & Dashboard

User Dashboard: break statistics, daily goals, wellbeing score, streaks.

Admin Dashboard (HR): aggregated analytics, reports by team or department.

Secure login (email, Google Workspace SSO).

Optional: Slack/Teams integration for collective break reminders.

4. Backend Infrastructure
